1.1 Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and qe777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the qe777 website at https://qe777.bet, including all services, products, promotions, and content made available through the platform.

1.2 Acceptance. By accessing the qe777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.3 Amendments. qe777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the platform or registered email address. Continued use of the platform after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1.4 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. English is the authoritative language for interpretation of any clause. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the English text shall prevail.

1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and qe777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.

2.1 Minimum Age. qe777 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. qe777 conducts age verification checks at the point of registration and at the point of first significant withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a national ID, passport, or birth certificate — at any time during the account lifecycle. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification. If a player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, any open bets will be voided, and the net deposit balance (less any bonuses awarded) will be returned via the original payment method.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. qe777 is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using qe777 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and qe777 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

2.4 Capacity. By registering on qe777, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not acting as an agent for any third party, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban from gambling platforms.

3.1 Registration Requirement. To access betting, casino, and payment functions on qe777, you must first create a registered account. Anonymous or guest access to real-money features is not available. Registration is free of charge.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times. qe777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active qe777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. qe777 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. qe777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify qe777 support immediately at [email protected].

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). qe777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit documentation such as a government-issued photo ID (national identity card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (bKash account screenshot or bank statement). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. qe777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and may vary at any time. qe777 will publish updates to the list of supported methods on the platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit on qe777 is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to enhanced KYC review. Deposits are credited to your qe777 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. qe777 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. qe777 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. qe777 reserves the right to require documentary evidence that the payment account belongs to the registered player before processing a withdrawal request. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Player Funds. Funds deposited by players are held separately from qe777's operational funds. Your wallet balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of betting and gaming activity on the platform. qe777 does not pay interest on wallet balances. Wallet balances have no cash value outside the qe777 platform and cannot be transferred to another player's account.

4.6 Chargebacks and Disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting qe777 support is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is successfully processed, qe777 reserves the right to suspend the associated account, recover any winnings paid from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the qe777 system. Verbal or written instructions to place a bet outside the platform interface are not valid. qe777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without explanation.

5.2 Odds and Markets. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless you have selected an alternative format in your account settings. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final, binding odds for that wager. qe777 makes no guarantee that any particular market or event will remain available for betting.

5.3 Voided Bets. qe777 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including — but not limited to — the following: technical errors affecting odds or market availability; the relevant event being abandoned, postponed, or materially changed; clear pricing errors where the displayed odds were manifestly incorrect; or evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity affecting the integrity of the event. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to your wallet in full.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are subject to rapid change. There may be a brief delay between real-world events and the update of in-play odds on the platform. qe777 is not liable for any losses arising from this inherent latency. In-play bets are final once accepted, subject to the void conditions set out in Article 5.3.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. qe777 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet and maximum daily payout limits. Current limits are published within the platform's betting rules section. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the cap amount. qe777 will notify you if a maximum payout limit applies to a specific market or event.

5.6 Errors and Omissions. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price, an incorrect market description, or an incorrectly settled bet, qe777 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the affected bets at the correct price or outcome. If the correct settlement results in a loss where a win was originally shown, the difference will be deducted from your wallet balance. qe777 will notify you of any such correction via email or in-platform notification.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on qe777 are available to registered players who meet the specific eligibility criteria published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh only, are available once per player (one account, one device, one payment method, one household), and are not transferable.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x) — is published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified time will expire and be removed from your account.

6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and sportsbook bets contribute according to their own schedule. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion page. qe777 reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering contribution.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. qe777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts; placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit while meeting wagering requirements; participating in promotions from a jurisdiction where the offer is not valid; or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms for financial gain without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, qe777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently close the associated account.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. At the point a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met, qe777 may, at its discretion, remove the bonus and any associated winnings from your balance and process the withdrawal of the net deposited balance only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qe777. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

8.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your qe777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any open bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes. Once settled, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Closure During Self-Exclusion. If you close your account while a self-exclusion period is active, the self-exclusion will remain in force and any new registration attempts using the same identity, email address, phone number, or payment method will be rejected for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 Termination by qe777. qe777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, unresolved KYC verification, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed by qe777 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. qe777 will make reasonable attempts to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as published in the platform's fee schedule. In no case will a dormant account fee reduce your balance below zero.

8.5 Data Retention. Following account closure, qe777 retains transaction records, account data, and bet history for a minimum period in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
